Returns & Exchanges

The Best & easiest way to exchange something is to place a new order on the website for the style/size you want.  Then send back the first item with a copy of your original invoice and we will refund your credit card/Paypal for the cost of the item.  Shipping/handling costs are not refundable.
And of course you can also just send back the item for store credit.  We will email you an online gift certificate for the cost of the returned item and then you can use that to place a new order for whatever you like. 
If you do not want an exchange just send back the item with a copy of your invoice and a note requesting a refund.  BUT...Keep in mind that SALE items are not refundable, for sale items we will email a gift certificate for store credit.

1.  Shirts n Things will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any reason after 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

2.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item as well as to ship a replacement item.

3.  Clothing, t-shirts, and leather goods must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags in place (if they came with tags). 
*note-if you smoke you must keep your clothing away from where you smoke.  If you return clothing
smelling of smoke we will NOT accept them for return or exchange.

4.  Shoes must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags in place. Please return shoes in the original packaging.
We strongly suggest you try on shoes on carpeting and make sure they fit before you wear them out. 

5.  Absolutely no returns on body jewelry, pins, stickers, patches, hair products, fishnets, or underwear. 

6.  NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS.  You may return sale items for exchange or gift certificate, but we will not issue a refund.   

7.  Shirts n Things is NOT responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. 
We strongly recommend using a track-able service like Fedex or UPS, or use delivery confirmation through the USPS.  If your package is not received by us and you did not use one of these services there's nothing we can do about it. 

8.  If more than 3 items are returned for refund we will assess a 10% restocking fee to the amount of the refund.  If you would prefer a gift certificate we can issue it for the full amount of the merchandise returned.

9.  If your order is missing anything or you received incorrect or damaged items you MUST contact us within 1 week of receipt.  We will not acknowledge your claim otherwise.

10.  Of course Merchandise ordered with a GIFT CERTIFICATE is NOT eligible for a Cash refund.  We can send alternate merchandise, or else put the money back onto the gift certificate.

11.  Shipping, Handling, fees are NOT refundable.
